Bij Paviljoen Het Buitenhuis vier je de meest bijzondere feesten

Since 2023, Paviljoen Het Buitenhuis has remained open all year round for celebrations and celebrations, including Christmas drinks and New Year’s gatherings. A wonderful addition to the rich palette of party options here at the Groene Heuvels. Paul: “People often think of nice weather and parties in the summer months. However, we are also open for events in the cold months, with a heated terrace and fire pits, for example. We see that more and more people want a winter wedding. We also offer you that option here.”

A heated terrace on the water

The winter festivities at Paviljoen het Buitenhuis are somewhat smaller-scale and more intimate. The interior hall was recently renovated and glass sliding doors were installed. An important development for meetings in the cold winter months. The hall and facade now also make it possible to sit covered and heated on the waterfront terrace in winter. “And in the summer months it is possible to sit by the campfire and spend the night at the campsite. All parties are tailor-made anyway, that’s what we’re really good at.”

New: beach house the rabbit hole

Paviljoen Het Buitenhuis offers the opportunity to organize company parties and events for up to 1,000 people. From this year onwards, smaller groups of up to 100 people will also be able to enjoy their party here. Paul explains: “From May 1, groups of friends, families and companies can visit our brand new beach house Het Konijnenhol, naturally referring to Down The Rabbit Hole. Here you will find a terrace, campfire pits, attractive string lights, hammocks and a stretch tent. So we really create a festival atmosphere with our feet in the sand. During the day you drink a cup of coffee or eat an ice cream. And in the evening you will participate in a barbecue with a drink in hand! So are you looking for a location for your company drinks with a bite to eat and a real festival atmosphere? Then from now on you can also go to Het Konijnenhol.”

And from 2025: Holywood on the green hills!

The Rabbit Hole is not the only addition to this beautiful party location. From 2025, the existing campsite will have its own entrance, parking space and a complete square where people can spend the night. Paul: “We call this Holywood and are building a completely new party location on our own grounds. We set up a stretch tent in the middle, around which visitors pitch their tents to spend the night. A special addition is the completely new mirror tent, which can accommodate 250 people. We create the possibility of 24-hour or even 48-hour parties. You will experience everything in one place: food, drinks, parties, fun around the campfire and breakfast in the morning. So are you as a company looking for something different and a special festival experience? Then Holywood is ideal! And if we combine it with the rest of the site, we even have room for parties of up to 1,000 people.”

An experience company par excellence. Paviljoen Het Buitenhuis now also has a completely new outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven for preparing bread and pizzas, fueled by logs. Paul explains: “We installed the kitchen this winter in a beautiful covered corner. There is also a wok burner for fish dishes and a large barbecue. Nowadays vegetarian food is popular. Almost half of what we prepare here is now vegetarian. We can do all kinds of things with our wok and wood-burning oven. Our outdoor kitchen is truly an experience kitchen. People determine their dish on the spot and put it together in consultation with the chefs. We are an experience company, which is reflected in the outdoor kitchen. Yes… people come in with a WOW feeling and go home dancing. Now that is Pavilion Het Buitenhuis!”
